Sadly, when some bosses see it, all the blame goes to those flamed out.

People-centric organizations are 20% more productive, while customer-centric organizations are 60% more productive.

You already know that you can’t be customer-centric without being employee-centric.

Burnout is a cry for more ownership thinking—an opportunity to elevate everyone’s game. The only question next is, what’s the next move?
