Why is continuous growth and pushing boundaries essential in leadership?
Just like a rubber band needs to stretch to fulfill its purpose, leaders must constantly challenge themselves to expand their skills, perspectives, and impact.
Without the stretch, leaders risk stagnation, limiting their potential and their team. Growth comes from taking the road less traveled, taking risks, and embracing new challenges.

Comfort is easy, and knowing is secure. What will you do today to expand your horizons?
